Charles and Family, Sorry to hear of your mother's passing. Although I did not know her, she seemed like an interesting lady. I know she had her struggles raising you, but she persevered. Karen and I wish you the best and extend our deepest sympathy.

I shall miss this fine lady and the many conversations we had after church and on the telephone. Our sympathies to her children and family. It is good to know that God shall wipe away all tears.

Just wanted to offer our condolences to Janet’s family. Always enjoyed our visits with Janet whether it be at a football game or other community event. What a sharp witted, pleasant, and “concern for others” person Janet was. Most definitely our community has lost a pillar who did so much thru her efforts and the efforts of her family to make Lamar the great place it is even in today’s somewhat uncertain times.
Sincerely,
Kent & Debbie Harris

Still hard to believe precious Janet is no longer with us. Even though we were lucky enough to have her for 90 years, it is still so hard to let her go. She was such a light in the world and will be greatly missed by so many. Love and prayers to you all. ❤️

We absolutely adored Janet! She was a free spirit and was always open to an opportunity for family and fun. We loved getting to experience her sweet hospitality through her daughter Jerri who introduced us to her many years ago now. What a beautiful, full life she lived! Always sharing her love for her family and friends! God bless her amazing family as you celebrate a life well lived! ❤️❤️❤️

Oh, that picture! Couldn’t help but grin as soon as I saw it. And that’s exactly what Aunt Janet always did for me, happiness and comfort.

She was such a special lady. I don't remember how many years that I've taken care of her yard but thru those we built a very good friendship. It was always a good time visiting with her and having a laugh with her. She was quite a blessing to know her and I am sure many many people can share this. I know that I will miss her but I know that she is in a great place now. So sorry for your loss.
