Knew Frank from high school at Liberal, Mo. there was a short time a few years ago that Frank, with friends, would be at a restaurant in Jasper, Mo we always spoke and sometimes his sister, Lois would be there from Oklahoma City, too. He will be missed by family and friends. Prayers to all of them.

PS to Lois —. I did not know of Frank’s passing until after the fact or would have stopped for the memorial service.
