Alene Juanita Scott, age 89, of Golden City, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, Missouri.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at the First Christian Church of Golden City with burial to follow at Mitchell Cemetery in Jasper, Missouri.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday, September 23, 2024 at the First Christian Church of Golden City.
