Carolyn Heath

Carolyn Delores Polston Heath, died April 7, 2013 at Huntsville, AL Carolyn was the third daughter of Charles Auddie Sr. & Hattie Marie Cravens Polston, born June 2, 1947 in East Prairie, MO. She graduated from Weber State University in 1972 with a degree in Interior Design and she obtained a BFA from Central Missouri State University. She ran her own business for three years.  She attended Meramec Community College and graduated with a degree as a Registered Nurse. She worked in hospitals and nursing homes in the St. Louis area.  She then retired to Huntsville, AL. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, L. Dennis Heath from Lamar, MO and a daughter Kristen Heath who both reside in Huntsville, AL. She has one older brother, Charles Auddie Polston Jr. and his wife Loretta of  Whittington, IL.; one older sister, Sadie May Polston Irby who was married to James Riley Irby : one younger brother, Thomas Jefferson Polston who's married to Shelley of Roy, UT and one younger sister, Anna Sue Polston Durham, who is married to William Durham of Lawton, OK. Graveside service will be 11:00 Saturday, April13, 2013 at St. James Cemetery. Contributions are suggested to The Ark Inc. (a no kill animal rescue in Huntsville, AL) in care of Daniel Funeral Home.
