Cecelia Hunt

“To live in the hearts we leave behind, is not to die”. Cecelia Elizabeth Hunt (Radell), age 86, passed away March 15, 2020 surrounded by her family. Cecelia retired to Florida, to the warm sunshine, but always spoke fondly of all her friends and family in Lamar, MO. She will be remembered by many as a compassionate nurse and wonderful teacher. She will also be remembered by her family as someone who took care of everyone. Cecelia is survived by her husband Don Hunt, and her children and their spouses, Michael and Audrey Hunt, Mary Beth and Darrick Saunders. “Mema” will live forever in the hearts of her grandchildren Austin, Jereme, Hannah, Grant, Alex, Harley, Johnny and Baby Buel. Aunt Cecelia was always a favorite of all the nieces and nephews. Lastly, she is survived by her little sister, Sharon Meek, who will miss her deeply. Cecelia joins Jesus and her family in heaven where her Mom has saved her the last piece of coconut cream pie. No services are planed at this time.
