Doyle Lee Robinson, age 76, of Lamar, Missouri died at his home, Thursday, February 15, 2018.
Doyle was born the oldest of six children, July 25, 1941 in Garfield, Arkansas to Alfis Lee and Arlene Fay (Reddick) Robinson. After graduating from high school, he served his country in the United States Navy and was stationed at Naval Air Station Cecil Field in Florida from 1959 to 1962. He had worked for over 26 years at O’Sullivan Industries as an electronics technician. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a trapper. Doyle was known for his home grown vegetable which he sold at the farmers market and was a member of several square-dancing club for 17 years in Florida and Memphis Tennessee.
Survivors include two sons, Michael Lee Robinson of Florida and Jereld Jay (Angela) Robinson of Durham, North Carolina; a sister, Gereldine Russell of Lowell Arkansas; and his care giver, Kim Walker.
Doyle will be buried with a private graveside service in Robinson Family Cemetery in Arkansas.
