John Winningham

John Winningham, age 54 of Golden City, died Thursday, February 7, 2013 at his  daughter's home. John was born December 29, 1958 at Lamar, MO to Gerald Edward and Darlene Irene (Anderson) Winningham. He was a lifelong laborer and had worked as an agricultural mechanic.  John was an avid hunter, fisher, and an outdoorsman. Survivors include two daughters, Jessica & Carl Manke of Golden City, MO and Crystal Winningham of Golden City, MO; his parents Gerald & Darlene Winningham of Golden City, MO; two brothers, Wayne Winningham of Carl Junction, MO and Mark & Cherylon Winningham of Carthage, MO; four grandchildren, Taten Allen, Ethan Manke, Dalton Manke, and Johnny Winningham; and a nephew Tyler Winningham of Carthage, MO. Funeral Service will be 2:00 pm Sunday, February 10, 2013 at Daniel Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Quigley officiating.  Burial to follow at Greenfield Cemetery, Jerico Springs, MO. Family will receive friends 6:00 to 7:00 pm Saturday at the funeral home. Contributions are suggested to American Cancer Society in care of Daniel Funeral Home.
