Jordan Quinn Ferris

Jordan Quinn Ferris, son of Jerrad and Astra (Wood) Ferris, was stillborn Saturday, October 13, 2012 at Freeman Hospital West in Joplin.      In addition to his parents, Jordan is survived by two sisters, Elise and Laryn Ferris of the home; paternal grandmother, Judy Ferris of Lamar; maternal grandparents, Steve Wood of Branson, and Teresa Wood of Joplin; paternal great-grandparents, Albert & Justine McManis of Lamar; paternal aunt and uncle, Jenny & Chad Moore and cousins, Chynna, Chase, & Ian Moore all of Lamar; maternal uncle Aaron Wood of Joplin and cousins Gavin & Sage Wood of Arma, Kansas; and a large extended family.      Jordan was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Larry Ferris; paternal great-grandparents, Eugene & Rosemary Ferris; and maternal great-grandparents, Jill Mires and Jerald Benedict.      Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 20th at Daniel Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Petersen officiating.  Burial will be in Lake Cemetery.      Memorial contributions are suggested to Children's Miracle Network in care of the funeral home.
