Jr. Burchett

Willis “Jr.” Burchett, age 80 of Lamar, Missouri died Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at his home after a battle with cancer. Jr. was born March 4, 1938 in Collins, Missouri to Willis Adley and Lois Mary (Kennon) Burchett. On January 12, 1962, he married Sharon Kay Wilson and together they raised three children. Jr. is survived by his wife of 56 years, Sharon, of the home; a son Denton and Estella Burchett, Hot Springs, Arkansas; two daughters, Valynn Bern, Lamar, Missouri and Sandra and Rusty Phipps of Lamar, Missouri; five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and son-in-law Tim Bern. A private family service is planned.
