Keisha Danee Maze, age 47, passed away unexpectedly at her home, snuggled up in bed on August 10th, 2024. She was born on January 14, 1977, in Hannibal, Missouri. Keisha was the daughter of Sheree and Berthal "Bucky" Thomas. She graduated from Jewel High School and briefly attended Fort Hays State University. She worked as a secretary at DSWA CPA, where she forged wonderful friendships with her coworkers and clients.

Keisha met Gabriel "Gabe" Maze in January of 2000, and after many years as loving partners, they were united in marriage at Greer's Ferry Lake in Arkansas on June 20th, 2020. Keisha is survived by her husband, Gabe Maze of Iantha, Missouri; two sons, Logan Curry of Nevada, Missouri and Matao (Maria) Maze of Iantha, MO; three daughters, Abigale Curry of Nevada, MO., Noa Maze of Miami, Oklahoma and Kassidy (Jamie) Boydston of Nevada, MO; three grandchildren, Jamie Boydston, Xailee Boydston and Nina Maze; her mother, Sheree Thomas; her sister, Kamey Baker and family as well many wonderful friends and family members.

Keisha was a wonderful mom, wife, daughter, sister, friend and grandma. She found joy in her family, friends, Mother Nature, long hikes and wide rivers. She saw so much beauty in everything around her. She carried on the legacy of her Grandmother's Iris bed. She loved reading, drawing, gardening and photography. She would always be found with a book, sketchbook or her camera with her. She used Free Spirit as an alias, and she truly has become just that. She will be loved and treasured Allways (love in all ways).

Keisha was preceded in death by her grandparents Mae and Lacy Thomas and Lynola and Virgal Menger; her father, Berthal "Bucky" Thomas; her brother Kyle Thomas; her grandmother-in-law, Naomi Maze and her beloved dogs Marley and Grace.
