Lutricia Rapue

Lutricia Ann Rapue, age 71, of Liberal, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at her home.        Lutricia was born September 28, 1938, at Kansas City, Missouri, to Garrett “Jud” and Gwendolyn (Shanks) Palmer.  On December 28, 1954, she married John F. Rapue and they had made their home in Liberal for the past six years.  In addition to being a homemaker, Lutricia had managed apartment complexes, motels, and trailer parks at various locations for many years.  She was a member of Main Street Bible Church in Liberal.        Survivors include her husband of 55 years, John of the home; three daughters, Evelyn Rapue and Julie Wright, both of Liberal, and Johnna Schultz of Corpus Christi, Texas; six grandchildren, John Allen Eaton, Jamie Logan Eaton, Christopher Joe Wright, Tricia Ann (Wright) Herring, Mitchell Ryan Rapue, and Michael Brandon Rapue; and two great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Larry McKown.         Honoring Lutricia’s wishes, her body has been cremated and a family memorial service will be held at a later date.
