Michael Harris

Michael Raymond Harris, age 36, of Liberal, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at his home.      Michael was born August 12, 1978, at Harrisonville, Missouri to Terry and Helen (Clemans) Harris.  After graduating from Raymore High School, he furthered his education by completing college computer courses.  Michael had worked as a telemarketer for a Branson resort before becoming disabled due to illness.  He enjoyed country music, bowling, swimming, and any activity that involved his appreciation of nature.  Michael was an avid fan of old Hollywood movies and Duck Dynasty.  He was a member of Lee’s Summit Christian Church.      Survivors include his parents, Terry and Helen Harris of Raymore, Missouri; his younger brother, Jonathan Harris, Walnut Shade, Missouri; four older sisters, Toni Jo (Tom) Goodman, Grain Valley, Missouri, Danielle (Clay) Harrison, Forsythe, Missouri, Andrea Frazier, Belton, Missouri, and Jacquline (Clint) Beshears, Gladstone, Missouri; many nephews and nieces; two great-nieces; and his closest friends, Tim Jones and Crystal Peters, Liberal, Missouri.      A gathering to celebrate Michael’s life will be held 1:00 pm Monday, March 2, 2015 at Tiffany Fellowship, 7315 NW Barry Road, Kansas City, MO. .
