Yarala Arnold

Yarala Genene Sims-Arnold, age 59, passed this life on January 2, 2012, at her home in Sheldon, Missouri.  Yarala was born to Howard E. and Velma Flo Woods-Rardin-Sims in Picher, Oklahoma, who preceded her in death.  She was also preceded in death by four brothers, Jerry David Mullin, Troy Joe Rardin, Harold Sims and Lloyd Sims.          Yarala was a beautician for many years.  Recently she had been a beautician for Truman Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Lamar, Missouri.          Survivors include her children:  son, Dustin Shane & Sarah Arnold, of the home, and daughter, Starletta Flo Arnold-Messer & fiancé, Jeffery Dewayne Teeters of Lebanon, Missouri.  Seven Grandchildren:  Shelby Christine Nall, Garrett Michael Nall, Jackson Scott Arnold, Adrian Danise Arnold, Lucas Shane Arnold, Stephen Wyatt Teeters and Emily BreeAnn Tetters.  Two sisters, Glenna Coleen Rardin-Keepper and Robert Keepper of Jasper, and ZoeAnn Sims Lachand Edwin Lach of Southbridge, Mass.  Four brothers, John Logan and Leslie Ann Rardin of Ponca City, Oklahoma; Danny Eugene and Lynda Sims of Topeka, Kansas, Terry Lee Sims of Golden City, Missouri,and Howard Elmer Jr. and Genevieve Peck Sims of Wichita, Kansas.  Seventeen nieces and nephews and a host of other loved ones and friends.          Funeral services will be held at Daniel Funeral Home in Lamar, Missouri Saturday, January 7th at 9:00 A.M. The family will receive friends Friday from 5:00 until 6:00 p.m. at Daniel Funeral Home.  Burial will be in G.A.R. Cemetery in Miami, Oklahoma.     Contributions are suggested to the family for medical expenses in care of Daniel Funeral Home.
